The Kid’s Movement Challenge is back – but with a REMIX. Through goal-setting, determination, and lots of fun, kids have the opportunity to run, or walk, a total of 13.1 miles- a half marathon! With the help of 5 video lessons from your personal coach, kids will receive a certified running coach in the convenience of their own home. Participants are encouraged to spread out their miles over days, or weeks, to achieve the total 13.1 mile goal. The Kid’s Movement Challenge Remix provides the platform for kids to learn new information from video lessons, set goals, track mileage, and receive a medal for their incredible work. We hope to inspire kids to recognize and embrace their magnificent strength through movement!

1. Register with an adult’s email address
2. Download and print your Mile Log, bib and lesson plans
3. Follow along with 5 video lesson plans
4. Go for your goals!
5. Log back in and click ‘complete’
6. Celebrate and show off your medal!
