Want to get involved? You can #FINISHCANCER and gain access to the SOLD OUT HTC/PTC Relay by becoming an official Providence Fundraising Team! Spots are limited. As team captain, it’s up to you to help your team reach your $12,000 fundraising goal by the week of Packet Pick-Up. All of your teammates will be encouraged to share their own fundraising page and raise money from friends and family to reach your team’s fundraising goal to help #FINISHCANCER
To register as an official Providence Fundraising team, please have your team captain use this link to register. Please keep in mind that we take a limited number of fundraising teams. Once the slots are filled then fundraising team registration will close. We accept teams on a first come, first serve basis. Your registration is what holds your team’s spot.
When registering you will be asked to enter your card information. As a Providence Fundraising Team, we will NOT charge your card upon initial registration, but rather hold your card information in the instance that your team does not reach your fundraising total prior to the week of packet pick-up. Your team will be charged the difference if you do not meet the fundraising total of $12,000 by the week of packet pick-up. If your team decides to drop from the race, the credit card on hold will be charged a $500 drop fee.
Next, you will need to create your Classy Fundraising Page. Here is the link to get your team’s site set up. You will go in and hit “Become a fundraiser”. Then, follow the prompts. Once your team is registered for a fundraising page on Classy, you will pass along this link and have your teammates start by hitting the “Register” button.
