HTC Mainland China Relay Race

The first international Hood To Coast, and another unforgettable adventure to come!

The HTC China Relay kicks off at the Taiwoo Ski Resort in Zhangjiakou, just 2.5 hours northeast of Beijing—the renowned site of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Runners will race down the mountain, weave through Chongli’s scenic landscapes, and push through rolling farmland before tackling another challenging ascent. The course then descends into a breathtaking grassland skyline route, leading to an epic finish at Prince Lake in Central Plains. There, participants will celebrate with a high-energy finish party featuring live music, great food, refreshing drinks, and exciting entertainment.

    • Original Group: 227 kilometers (141 miles)
    • Challenge group: 147 kilometers  (91 miles)
    • 3-person relay group: (at the top of the mountain): 29.2 km (18 miles)
