Registration Site FAQ
- LOGIN TO THE TEAM CLUBHOUSE

*You must change your shirt size before the key dates deadline. After this date, you will receive what you originally registered for. T-shirt exchanges will not be available

*If you have not participated in an official race in the past two years, please enter a time that best reflects your current pace. We use these paces to assign your teams start time and it is very important that they are accurate. Please update your race pace by the key dates deadline.

Team Captain Specific Questions

- ENTER IN EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE TEAMMATE AND SELECT “INVITE”
*Your teammates will receive an email from the HTC/PTC Team Clubhouse where they will need to accept the team invitation, provide personal information, emergency contact information and sign the event waiver. If your teammates do not receive the email, ask them to check their junk mailbox. Still experiencing issues? Contact us here.

- SELECT “INVITE VOLUNTEER”
- ENTER IN EMAIL ADDRESS OF VOLUNTEER AND SELECT “INVITE”
*The volunteer tab will become available in early July. Check out the key dates document to learn more. All local teams are required to provide three volunteers or one exchange leader. Please refer to the volunteer information page to see if your team is considered local.
*Volunteers will receive an email from the HTC/PTC Team Clubhouse where they will need to accept the volunteer invitation, go through the 15-20 minute training module, provide personal information, emergency contact information, sign the event waiver and select their shift time and location. If your volunteers do not receive the email, ask them to check their junk mailbox. Still experiencing issues? Contact us at [email protected]
*If you need to change a volunteer, please delete the original volunteer and then add the new volunteer in their place. Your new volunteer will need to select a new shift location and time- they cannot take the old volunteer’s shift unless it is still available. Any volunteer registered with your team will be expected to arrive for their shift so please make sure your volunteers appear accurate in the Team Clubhouse prior to the event.
